Individual Coaching

Most of us don’t lack the motivation or ability or transform our careers. Our day-to-day circumstances just keep us from seeing what’s possible and how we can get there.

Working with me gives you the space to:

  • See the opportunities available to you

With Individual Coaching, we will work together, one-on-one, around your specific situation and goals. You set the pace and timeline, and we discuss the things that matter most to you. Individual Coaching engagements are flexible based on your needs.

Group Coaching

I offer 5-week virtual group coaching programs designed for those who feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for something new. Through a structured series of 75-minute sessions, you’ll move from self-discovery to actionable next steps. You’ll gain clarity about where you are now, your strengths, what’s standing in your way, map out your options, and start on a plan to make meaningful changes.

You’ll work with up to 12 other participants, so you’ll get real conversation, honest feedback, and the kind of support that’s hard to find on your own. Whether you’re navigating a transition, weighing a big decision, or just ready to stop drifting, my group coaching classes give you the clarity and community to move forward.

About Me

I know what it feels like to navigate a career that doesn’t follow a straight line. My own has spanned more than 25 years. I’ve worked in technology, higher education, government, and at nonprofits. I’ve had more than my share of major pivots along the way, some deliberate, others dropped unexpectedly in my lap, and some motivated less by my career aims and more by personal needs and wants.

These experiences taught me that career clarity rarely comes from having all the answers. It comes from asking better questions. I bring that same approach to coaching. My job isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to help you figure out what you actually want, what’s getting in the way, and what your next move looks like.

For the last seven years I’ve focused on building and running learning and development programs at a fast-growing technology company. I hold a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, have taught at Hult International Business School, and am a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and StandOut Team Leader certified.
