Individual Coaching
One-on-one coaching built around your specific situation and goals. We work at your pace, on your timeline, and on the things that matter most to you. Engagements are flexible. Some clients need a few sessions to work through a specific challenge, others prefer ongoing support over a longer period.
Group Coaching
A five-week cohort-based program for professionals who want to get clear on where they want their career to go, how to get there, and how to show up more effectively along the way. Each week we meet for an hour to ninety minutes, and you’ll work alongside a small group of peers who are navigating similar questions. Cohorts are kept small intentionally, so everyone gets real attention, not just a seat in a webinar.

Why Work With Me
I know what it feels like to navigate a career that doesn’t follow a straight line. My own has spanned more than 25 years across technology, higher education, government, and nonprofits, with a few significant pivots along the way: from IT to graduate school, from academia back to the private sector, and ultimately into learning and development. Those experiences taught me that career clarity rarely comes from having all the answers. It comes from asking better questions.
I bring that same approach to coaching. My job isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to help you figure out what you actually want, what’s getting in the way, and what your next move looks like.
For the last seven years I’ve focused on building and running learning and development programs at a fast-growing technology company. I hold a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, have taught at Hult International Business School, and am a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and StandOut Team Leader certified.
